Patulin (Terinin) 是由 Aspergillus、Penicillium 和 Byssochlamys 幾種真菌屬產(chǎn)生的霉菌毒素,被認為有致染色體斷裂、突變,致畸和細胞毒性作用。Patulin 通過溶酶體-線粒體軸誘導自噬依賴性細胞凋亡,能引起 DNA 損傷[1]
