此產(chǎn)品未測試過最適pH和溫度,反應(yīng)可以參考我們酶活定義的條件。
- 外觀: 粉末
- 溶解性: 此產(chǎn)品為粗酶,溶解建議稱量多一些,500mg以上。溶劑可以使用水,或者所需要的緩沖液(例如50mM檸檬酸鈉緩沖液)等等。此產(chǎn)品含有不溶性載體,酶蛋白可以溶解在水中,您只需要溶解的時候輕輕攪拌,十分鐘左右。然后采用過濾或者離心取上清液使用即可。
